Spicy Food

This is why I like to put spice in my foods… Spicy

Ha ha.. not sure if that really does work, but I love spicy food. When I was in college, I learned how to prepare a few Indian dishes. Some are so easy to make and have a lot of protein in them. I will post one of my favorites soon. I will just have to find a suitable substitute for rice. I heard rice is not so band friendly. Have any of you had issues with rice? I will need to find out how I can still eat Sushi!!

  1. I did have a problem with rice about 3 weeks ago, however, recently I haven't, but I think I have been focusing on chewing it to mush :) Hopefully, when i get to my green zone I will still be able to eat it because its one thing I love and not having Sushi would suck!!! :)

    1. I sure hope so! I will have to really practice chewing now, so I can handle it when I'm banded. The tricky part is that sushi can be such a big bite. Might have to cut it up? :)
